1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing themahirtech.com or contracting engineering services with The Mahir Tech, you agree to comply with these terms of service.
2. Scope of Services & Milestone Handover
All technology deliverables—including AI agents, custom software, GIS platforms, and server setups—are executed in accordance with structured Statements of Work (SOW). Complete source code and operational access are transferred to the client upon final milestone approval.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all custom code and tailored systems built specifically for a client belong entirely to that client upon settlement of the project invoice.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and applicable international commercial standards.
