An automation that posts call summaries with action points to Slack seconds after a meeting, plus a live agent that transcribes calls in real time and saves a clean record.
The challenge
A team we work with kept losing the thread after calls. People forgot action items, and writing up notes by hand was slow and inconsistent. They wanted recaps to land somewhere everyone could see, immediately.
Our solution
We built two connected tools. The first uses Fathom with an n8n workflow to push a concise summary and clear action points into Slack within seconds of a call ending. The second is a lightweight live agent you switch on at the start of a call: it shows real-time transcription and key points as you talk, then saves the full transcript and summary to a file when the call stops.
